There’s no ‘one type’ of resident, so naturally, there’s no one-size-fits-all design. Our independent living homes and apartments are generously sized and filled with natural light, while our serviced apartments offer comfortable, low-maintenance living with support close at hand. Every home comes with the benefit of on-site staff who look after building maintenance and village gardens, along with the reassurance of a 24-hour emergency call system connected to staff on-site, providing a prompt response, first aid assistance and coordination of emergency services when needed.

Alternatively, you may prefer the option of an Independent Serviced Apartment, your own private home located in the heart of our village with a little domestic help from our staff. This includes daily meals, your apartment cleaned, and towels and bed linen freshly laundered and changed weekly, as well as medication reminders.
